CATERING FAQ'S
Q. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
The sooner the better. Larger parties especially in the spring and summer months book up fast.
Q. DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we do delivery.
Q. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY CATERING ORDER?
Only the food is included. You will need to provide paper goods and serving utensils. You can hire us for full service catering if that is what you are looking for. We also sell chafing dishes to keep everything warm.
Q. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY CATERING ORDER?
Larger catering orders need at least 2 weeks notice but we understand some times things come up and you need something sooner and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Q. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Yes, you can change your order up to the week of the party.
Q. WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
Almost our entire menu is gluten free and we do not use any peanut or tree nuts in any of our recepies besides our Maple BBQ sauce which is only used if you ask for it.
Q. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
You can either send an email and we can price out your order or you can call the restaurant to speak to someone.
Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order whenever you want but it is due the day of the party. We take all forms of payment.
Q. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you can pick up any order.
Q. WHAT ARE THE LABOR CHARGES?
Labor charges vary on parties. You are only charged labor if we do your party on site or if you require someone to set up and serve your party.
Q. IF I HAVE MY OWN GRILL WILL YOU USE IT?
No, we only use our own grill. For one reason, we know our grill. It is cleaned and we know it works. Most home grills or grills at pavilion or picnic sites can not handle the food as efficiently as our equipment.
